FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is a method of a solid phase neutralisation of liquid and solid wastes of the synthesis of chlorosilanes and alkyl chlorosilanes, which consists in the fact that the liquid and solid wastes of any composition and in any ratio are processed with a solid reagent, selected from carbonates of alkali and alkali earth metals and their natural mixtures of a non-stoichiometric composition with a weight ratio not less than 1.0-1.2 counted per the sum of all wastes in grinding equipment until a solid neutralised product is obtained. The temperature of the process of the solid-phase neutralisation of 100÷165°C is provided due to carrying out of exothermal reactions of the wastes neutralisation and is kept constant due to the evaporation of a liquid fraction of wastes. The liquid fraction of the wastes mixture is separated in an unchanged form.
EFFECT: method is simple and safe, makes it possible to reduce the energy consumption and eliminate the formation of sewage waters.
