FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: cyclone contains a housing (4), a stand pipe (8), a set of inlet channels (12) and an outlet (10). The first end (13) of each inlet channel is connected to the stand pipe, and the second end (14) of each inlet channel is connected to the cyclone housing. At that the stand pipe (8) near the cyclone housing is in alignment with the cyclone housing and is installed on the cyclone housing on a support, and each inlet channel passes from the stand pipe radially (23) and passes into the cyclone housing tangentially (24).
EFFECT: improving the cyclone operation efficiency due to more equal distribution of loads and installation arrangement.
