FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes arrangement of two cyclones (1, 2) designed to separate solid substance from gas-solid substance mix. Given this arrangement, gas hole (3) of first cyclone (1) communicates with output pipeline (4) furnished with outlet gas hole (5), while gas inlet hole (6) of second cyclone (2) communicates inlet pipeline (7) provided with inlet gas hole (8). Note here that outlet (4) and inlet (7) pipelines are arranged coaxially so that gas out coming from outlet hole (5) of outlet pipeline (4) comes into inlet hole (8) of inlet pipeline (7) while gas coming out from the outer part of cyclone configuration can enter gas inlet hole (8) on inlet pipeline (7). Note also that, gas outlet (5) inlet (8) holes are aligned and spaced apart, while outlet pipe (4) inner part is furnished with appliances decreasing gas swirling motion along outlet pipeline (4). There is one more version of the above arrangement described herein.
EFFECT: higher strength and reliability of cyclone arrangement.
