FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic separator has cylindrical casing in form of two coaxial shells, their bottom edges are tightly connected with receivers of the separation products creating the casing bottom; separation chambers are installed inside the casing with clearance to it and bottom with possibility of rotation, chambers have pairs of U-shape guides with base upwards and radial plates in form of two coaxial cylindrical shells that together with casing create a communicating vessel; screen in form of separate segments of circular ring with possibility of their radial movement and removal, shaft with rotation drive, initial material feeder, receivers of separation products; base of each receiver of the separation products the inclined cylinder is installed, in the cylinder the rotating shaft with installed spiral (worm) is installed in parallel with its bottom; sections of narrow channels between cylindrical shells and pairs of U-shape guides made out of vertical crossing plates. Between the internal cylinder of the casing and receivers of separation products the diffusers are installed to feed ascending water. The inclined tray with branch is installed in top part along periphery of the external cylinder of the casing. Above the separation chamber a screen-apron is installed along the periphery of the internal part of the external cylinder of the casing; the screen-apron consists of two clamped and secured to the cylinder rings having angle section.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation.
