FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed resonator (1, 11) comprises a deformed body (5, 15), an inner part (8, 18) of the body (5, 15) is made of a first material. One part of the body (5, 15) contains one coverage (2, 4, 6, 12, 14, 16) of shape memory metal, Young's modulus changes of which depending on the temperature (CTE) has the opposite sign as compared with values (CTE) of the first material used for the inner part (8, 18), so the change to frequencies specified resonator depending on temperature it would be essentially zero at least to first order (α, β).
EFFECT: simplification of correction.
