SUBSTANCE: temperature-compensated cavity comprises a deformed body, which inner part is made of ceramics, at that a part of the body is coated with coating, which Young modulus changed at temperature change and low thermal elastic coefficient (TEC) has the sign opposite to TEC sign of ceramics used for manufacturing of the inner part so that change in resonator frequency at temperature change is equal to zero in the first order in essence.
EFFECT: thermal compensation of the first order is performed.
