SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body, an inner surface of which is threaded to facilitate the dosage unit travel; a cartridge holder coupled to the body; a dosage mechanism; a drive mechanism; a rod cuff and a protective cap. The developed dosage mechanism comprises: a) a dosage unit bushing, b) a dosage unit core and c) a spring-assisted element.
EFFECT: using the invention enables providing more accurate drug dosing, reducing an effort spent for pressing a button, thereby providing smoother administration of insulin, reducing the number of parts of the mechanism that enables reducing manufacturing cost inputs, and also makes the syringe handle device lighter, and ensures a lower probability of assembly errors and a lower risk of the operational mechanism seizure.
