FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to precise positioning for the purpose of vascular interventions, particularly to a method for precise positioning for the purpose of vascular interventions, a medical imaging system for precise positioning for the purpose of vascular interventions and a laboratory catheterisation system for precise positioning for the purpose of vascular interventions. The method implies forming an X-ray image of a vascular region of interest with a contrast agent administered. That is followed by identifying the vessel information data in the image, and the first signs of vascular calcinosis are detected in the vascular region of interest on the formed image. The vessel is presented with using the vessel information data and the detected signs of calcinosis. The current X-ray image of the vessel region of interest is formed, and the second signs of vascular calcinosis are detected in the vascular region of interest on the current X-ray image; the second signs of calcinosis correspond to the first signs of calcinosis. Thereafter, the vessel representation is combined with the X-ray image with the use of the signs of calcinosis for the purpose of combination. The combined image is formed by combining the vessel representation with the X-ray image. The combined image is then displayed.
EFFECT: using the invention enables forming the accurate and full image of the vessels.
