FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for mapping of vessels. Method consists in obtaining contrast-enhanced image of anatomical part, obtaining fluoroscopic image, which includes instrument in anatomical part, determination of mask, which contains instrument or, at least, part of instrument, forming part of fluoroscopic image, with, at least, part of instrument together with surrounding region near part of instrument being located inside mask, and combination part of fluoroscopic image, determined by mask, with contrast-enhanced image. System of mapping of vessels contains device for generation of contrast-enhanced image, device for generation of fluoroscopic image for processing of fluoroscopic image, made with possibility of detecting part of instrument on fluoroscopic image, and determination of mask of region, which contains instrument or, at least, part of instrument.

EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to improve instrument visualisation in tree of vessels.
