FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: to determine a thermal conduction and temperature conductivity of non-uniform material the surfaces of the sample of non-uniform material and samples with known heat conductivity and temperature conductivity are heated by a heating spot moving along the surfaces of all samples. The temperature of heated surfaces of all samples is registered by three temperature sensors. Resetting of the heating sources and temperature sensors into initial state is used for inverse scanning with additional measurements of heat conductivity of the sample for the layer of the sample of non-uniform material with the depth and width other than that of the heat conductivity measurement layer at direct motion. For this purpose such a distance between one of the temperature sensors and heating spot is selected, which together with the varied values of rate, powers and sizes of the heating spot will provide the required depth and width of the thermal conductivity measurement layer at inverse motion.
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of obtained data.
