SUBSTANCE: contact lens comprises an optical zone, a peripheral zone surrounding the optical zone, and at least one first and second dynamic fluid zones between the first and second dynamic fluid zones in the peripheral zone. The first dynamic zone is formed of a deformable material and comprises one of therapeutic, nutrient and pharmacological agents delivered to the patient's eye through one or more openings. The first dynamic fluid zone interacts with eyelids so that the eyelid motions cause the motions of at least one therapeutic, nutrient and pharmacological agents. The second dynamic fluid zone substantially surrounds the first dynamic fluid zone and comprises the deformable material. The second dynamic fluid zone is configured so that to compress the first dynamic fluid zone when pressing the eyelids in blinking that makes therapeutic, nutrient and pharmacological agent come out from the first dynamic fluid zone on the eye surface.
