FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial ecology and chemical technology of inorganic substances, in particular to methods of recycling toxic wastes of production of galvanic (electrochemical) and chemical nickel coatings and to method of obtaining nickel phosphates. Method of obtaining nickel (II)-ammonium phosphates includes preparation of reaction water solution, containing nickel (II), phosphate and ammonium, formation of nickel (II)-ammonium phosphate sediment and its separation from solution. As source of nickel (II) used is liquid wastes of production of nickel coatings - spent solution of galvanic nickel plating and/or spent solution of chemical nickel plating.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain chemical products nickel (II)-ammonium phosphates NH4NiPO4·6H2O and NH4NiPO4·H2O, used in various fields of industry with low cost, extract more than 99,9% of nickel (II) from spent solutions of nickel plating.
