FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio engineering and can be used in the manufacture of precision parabolic reflectors made of polymer composite materials. Reflector manufacturing method includes the manufacture of a reflective sheath by sequentially laying on the prepared surface of a matrix of protective, reflecting and reinforcing layers from dry materials, vacuuming of the collected package and its impregnation by a binder due to the use of vacuum forces, with subsequent exposure during continuous vacuuming till complete polymerization of the binder. Similarly, using the forces of vacuum dilution, the back cover of the reflector is made and connected with the reflective cover through a layer of filler.
EFFECT: technical result achieved with the use of the present invention to increase the radio reflective characteristics of the reflector, to shorten the time of the production cycle, to increase its cleanliness and environmental friendliness.
