SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions relates to laboratory and clinical diagnostics. A septum compatible with plates for genetic analyzers, having a substrate, is disclosed, while 96 recesses with a diameter of each recess of 5.5 mm are formed on the substrate, while the recesses on the outer and inner sides have narrowing in the shape of a cone, in accordance with the wells of the plate, the recesses are located on the substrate in 12 rows of 8 pieces. On the outside of the cone from below, there is a thickening in the form of a cross, on the horizontal line of which a slot is made, the width of which is 1 mm, and the length of the slot is 3.3 mm, the distance from the substrate to the point of narrowing is 2.05 mm, the thickness of the substrate is 0.87 mm. There are also sept options for different number of holes of the plate.

EFFECT: the group of inventions makes it possible to increase the convenience of placing septa in a plate and containers, to ensure tightness when closing the space of wells and containers without changing the general appearance of septa and without deforming them; to eliminate difficulties when passing capillaries through septa, as well as difficulties in moving the autosampler, smoothly dipping into wells and containers; to provide more complete contact when lifting capillaries from plate with septa, providing better cleaning of the capillary from the liquid in the wells of the plate and containers; to protect the composition contained in the plate and buffer from evaporation and splashing.
