FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: compensator is placed on the pipeline with heat insulation formed by urethane foam and polyethylene shell. The compensator contains a metal bellows with the branch pipes of different length, welded to it, which is located in the protective steel housing and is fitted with guides formed by three flanges limiting only angular and radial motions of the compensator. Two movable flanges are joined to the long branch pipe of the bellows with a possibility of sliding inside the housing. Around the long branch pipe part outside the housing a compensation section without heat insulation is formed which is protected from wetting with heat and water resistant orifice of cylindrical shape with a tolerance for amplitude of bellows operation. The orifice is fixed on edges of polyethylene shell on the compensation section with hot shrink sleeve. Between the housing and bellows, and also the long branch pipe part there is a heat insulation formed by a filling from fine granulated foam polyurethane. The wires of online remote monitoring system are located in a metal tube fixed from the internal side of the housing.
EFFECT: improved reliability of the device and expansion of its functional capabilities.
