FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: gear wheel consists of body and gear rim with teeth. In slots of the toothed rim not occupied by during engagement by teeth of the match wheel the inserts are installed, they are made out of elastic material. On each end face of the toothed rim and adjacent part of the wheel body the wheel coaxial ring with L-cross-section is installed, one it part is parallel with the wheel end face, and the second one is at right angle to the wheel end face, and have diameter equal to the diameter of the circle outlined during the wheel rotation by the inserts parts looking on the mating gear. In rings the pockets for the inserts installation are made.

EFFECT: lubricating material extruded from the zone of engagement of the gear wheel back to the zone of engagement of the gear wheel is returned.
