FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: system for synchronising time scales of two more spaced-apart ground-based time keepers includes: n≥2 spaced-apart ground-based time keepers, each equipped with navigation receivers of a satellite navigation system with a pseudo-range measuring device; n means of selecting ephemerical information from the received navigation signal and extrapolation thereof at the moment of synchronous pseudo-range measurements; n means of determining the real range of a navigation receiver of each ground-based time keeper to a spacecraft; n means of subtracting from the measured pseudo-range the value of the real range of each navigation receiver to the spacecraft; n means of comparing the value of the deviation of the time scale of the navigation receiver of each ground-based time keeper from the time scale of the spacecraft; and n units of source data of coordinates of the navigation receiver Xo, Yo, Zo, input into n means of determining the real range.

EFFECT: high reliability and accuracy of synchronising the time scale of spaced-apart ground-based time keepers.
