FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the method of oil residues deasphalting that includes extraction of oil residue by light hydrocarbon solvent with obtainment of asphalt and deasphaltizate solution, regeneration of solvent from the asphalt solution heated in recovery heat exchanger, including flash evaporation of solvent vapours at medium pressure, regeneration of solvent from the asphalt solution heated in recovery heat exchanger and heater, including supercritical separation with obtainment of the recovered solvent and deasphaltizate phase, including flash evaporation of solvent vapours at medium pressure as well as compression of the solvent vapours at medium pressure by jet compressor. At extraction pressure from the heated asphalt solution the solvent vapours are distilled preliminary, then the vapours are mixed with the deasphaltizate solution, at that distillation is made in conditions of counterflow heating by asphalt and heat carrier, from deasphaltizate phase at pressure of supercritical separation the solvent vapours are distilled preliminary and mixed with the regenerated solvent, at that distillation is made in conditions of counterflow heating by deasphaltizate and heat carrier and a part of cooled mixture of the regenerated solvent vapours and vapours of the solvent distilled at pressure of supercritical separation is used as working medium of the jet compressor when mixture of the solvent vapours is compressed at medium pressure.

EFFECT: reduced quantity of the solvent vapours of medium pressure, exclusion of low-pressure vapours formation, reduced consumption of electric energy for circulation of the solvent and heat for the purpose of heating of asphalt and deasphaltizate solutions, preventing formation of water runoffs and excluding heating of asphalt solution in the furnace.
