FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with a method, which includes extraction of oil residues by a light hydrocarbon solvent with obtaining asphalt and deasphalted solutions, regeneration of the solvent from heated asphalt solution, including distillation of solvent vapours of medium pressure by single evaporation with obtaining asphalt, regeneration of the solvent from the heated deasphalted solution, including supercritical separation with obtaining the regenerated solvent and the deasphalted phase and distillation of solvent vapours of medium pressure by single evaporation with obtaining deasphaltisate, as well as pressing the mixture of solvent vapours of medium pressure.
EFFECT: reduction of quantity of solvent vapours of medium pressure, exclusion of the formation of solvent vapours of low pressure, reduction of electric energy consumption for circulation of the solvent and heat for heating asphalt and deasphalted solutions, prevention of the formation of water sewage and exclusion of furnace heating of the asphalt solution.
