SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method which includes extracting oil residues with a light hydrocarbon solvent to obtain an asphalt and an asphalt-free solution, recovering the solvent from the asphalt solution which is preheated in a recuperative heat exchanger, which includes flash evaporation of medium-pressure solvent vapour and stripping low-pressure solvent vapour, recovering the solvent from the asphalt-free solution which is preheated in the recuperative heat exchanger, which includes supercritical separation to obtain a recovered solvent, flash evaporation of medium-pressure solvent vapour and stripping low-pressure solvent vapour, and compressing the low-pressure solvent vapour mixture using a jet compressor with subsequent cooling, condensation and recirculation of the medium-pressure solvent vapour. High-pressure solvent vapour is distilled from the heated asphalt solution in conditions of counterflow heating with a heat carrier and then mixed with the asphalt-free solution. Supercritical separation is carried out in a centrifugal force field with subsequent thermal separation of the obtained solvent and asphalt-free phases in conditions of counterflow heating with a heat carrier to obtain an asphalt-free concentrate which is used as the working medium of the jet compressor, and the low-pressure solvent is stripped by distillation in conditions of counterflow heating with a heat carrier or by flash evaporation.
EFFECT: reduced amount of medium- and low-pressure solvent, low consumption of electric power for solvent circulation, preventing formation of waste water and preventing furnace heating of the asphalt solution.
