FIELD: cryogenic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cryogenic technology, namely to units for complex purification and drying of air, and can be used in air separation machines and gas charging means. The complex air purification unit contains an inlet pipeline, two adsorbers with inlet and outlet pipelines filled with an adsorbent and connected to each other by a pipeline system, valves with a control system that ensure the switching of adsorbers from drying mode to regeneration mode, a throttle with a dry gas supply pipeline to the regenerated adsorber, compressor, high pressure receiver, and regeneration block. The body of each adsorber is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with profiled flanges with nozzles installed at both ends of the body for supplying and discharging the dried gas, and the adsorber body is made of several autonomous isolated parts that form a block with an adsorbent. In the first part of the said block there is a КАСО zeolite for drying air from moisture, in the second part there is a NaX zeolite for cleaning the air from impurities of hydrocarbons, organic, sulfurous, nitrogenous, acidic compounds and halogen-substituted hydrocarbons, in the third part there is a NaA zeolite for cleaning the air from dioxide carbon. The mentioned parts are made and installed in series in the block with the possibility of autonomous replacement of each part and are hermetically connected to each other using flange connections.
EFFECT: improvement of units for complex purification and drying of air.
