FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cryogenic equipment, namely to units for complex air cleaning and drying, and can be used in air separation plants and gas charging facilities. Complex air cleaning unit contains an inlet pipeline, two adsorbers with inlet and outlet pipelines filled with an adsorbent and connected to each other by a system of pipelines. It contains valves with control system providing switching of adsorbers from cleaning mode to regeneration mode, regeneration unit. Complex air cleaning unit additionally contains a compressor, a high-pressure receiver, a throttle with a pipeline for supplying cleaned air to the regenerated adsorber. Housing of each adsorber is made up of several self-contained isolated parts forming a unit with adsorbent. Unit is made up of inlet, central and outlet parts, wherein the inlet part is made in the form of a hollow perforated profiled bottom with an inlet branch pipe and a perforated outlet truncated cone. Central parts are made in the form of hollow perforated cones with a hollow perforated cylindrical base. Outlet part is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with a perforated profiled bottom and an outlet branch pipe. There is a hollow perforated truncated cone inside. Said parts are installed in series in adsorber with possibility of independent replacement of each part and are tightly connected to each other by means of flange connections.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of operation of the whole complex air purification unit as a whole due to use of adsorbers with high selective absorption capacity in the process of adsorption with respect to the air mixture of gases.
