FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. An ingrown part and a root of the nail are resected. A growth plate of the matrix is devitalised with the use of a radio-wave electrode. The electrode is arranged at an angle in an angular region of a nail bed furrow. An angle to a long axis of the nail bone shall not exceed 60°, preferentially 25°-35°. An electrode projection angle on an axial plane shall not exceed 10°, preferentially 5°-7°.
EFFECT: method provides reducing a risk of recurrences.
