FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treating ingrown nail. On the end of L-shaped wound skin is cut out in the form of a triangle. Only the damage - the defect of the proximal edge of the nail, the root and the nail matrix in the form of a narrow band is excised. Proximal end of the wound and the middle of the sides of the triangular wound are sutured through the interrupted nodal seams, through the two lateral and one holes of the front edge of the nail ligature enveloping the nail from below, sidewise, anterior wound edges are sutured, and ligatures are removed through the same holes, ligatures are sutured, skin edges and skin with nail bed under nail plate protrusion are shifted and matched.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of recurrence, reducing the length of postoperative treatment.
