FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. T-shaped wound is formed. That is ensured by excising a lateral periungual roller with a skin distal to the nail and an anterior skin elevation in front of the nail. Continuous suture, distally, sutures of nail are sutured, intradermal side edge is pierced and wound back edge is pierced. Skin is pierced opposite to the first suture, a lateral edge, nail ligaments are sutured intradermally intracutaneously and a lateral edge of the wound is pierced. Proximal and distal ends of the wound are sutured with an interrupted suture. Skin and skin edges are adjoined with a nail bed under a ledge of a nail plate and ligatures seams.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of postoperative treatment, reducing the number of recurrent ingrown nails, providing the cosmetic effect of the operation.
