FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining uniform-sized fertiliser particles. Method of obtaining ammonium sulphate-nitrate includes the following stages: suspended melt, containing liquid ammonium sulphate-nitrate and solid ammonium sulphate are obtained in reactor, suspended melt is supplied into heated stator, suspended melt is continuously mixed in stator, recirculation of part of suspended melt into heated stator is performed, part of suspended melt is passed through channel, part of suspended melt is extruded through moving along channel mobile grid with holes, size of which is specified for drop formation, formed drops are cooled with obtaining uniform particles with diameter 1-3 mm. Said method includes temperature control in order to support suspended melt at temperature from approximately 178°C to approximately 210°C and pressure control in order to support pressure in system below 1.14 MPa.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain uniform-sized particles, which do not require further processing.
