SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. The device for voltage grading at storage battery cells comprises a reversible DC-DC converter with current and voltage sensors operating in the mode of direct current transformer, a cell switch switching elements of the storage battery cell in turn to DC-DC converter, an automatic control and monitoring unit controlling operation of all parts of the device in compliance with the preset program and settings and displaying measurements and storing them, as well as communicating with the operator and peripheral devices, an auxiliary power supply source generating voltage to supply the automatic control and monitoring unit.

EFFECT: increased power efficiency and reliability of the device, improved rate of voltage grading at the battery cells, improved energy characteristics, prolonged service life of the storage battery due to continuous and accurate voltage monitoring and grading at its cell, automated process, freeing the maintenance personnel from routine and hazardous labour.
