SUBSTANCE: clutch contains drive and driven disks, two fixed disks. The flywheel is the drive dick. Two pair disks are driven disks, they are connected with each other by common carriage, linked with shaft via the spline joint. The fixed disks are connected with fixed parts of the vehicle, can contain small channels having capillars and connected with each other. Drive of the driven disk is made thin disk plates connected with high voltage source, and insulated from the metal parts of the device, at that part of plates can be made by electrets. Adhesion ensures different modes of switching on/off, smooth or instantaneous, run with simple drive, forced interlock during braking, disconnection for long time of the engine shaft during runout or during shutdown.
