FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to paediatrics and functional diagnostics in the children, wherein conducting a clinorthostatic test on a rotary table (a tilt table) and developing a syncope (a faintness) or a pre-syncope by an induced test of cerebral hypoperfusion in the recovery period with symptoms saving is combined with working out with a torsion hand grip that promotes increasing blood pressure (PB) and heart rate and cutting time of a hypoxic involvement of the central nervous system (CNS). A passive clinorthostatic test is conducted in the patients aged 8-18 years old. Once achieving a positive test result and observing the developed syncopic or pre-syncopic condition, the table is translated into an original horizontal position, and the patient takes the torsion hand grip and does a rhythmical compression for 1 minute.
EFFECT: method enables minimising the time of the hypoxic involvement of the central nervous system during the passive orthostatic test.
