FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises planting in rows, growing the trunk, creation of two cones from the shoots developed in the upper part of the trunk, the annual formation on them of one ripe fruit shoot, followed by tying them up in the form of an arc to the stake, directing each of them in the direction opposite to deviation of the cone, forming a heart shape with a plane along the row line. The vegetating shoots developed on fruit canes are arranged to bending vertically, after the bending with the freely hang down. With the scheme of location of the vines of 3.0×1.0-1.5 m near each vine a stake with the height of 1.8-1.9 m from the soil surface is placed. In the second growing season the trunk is formed with the height of 20-25 cm below the stake, with fixing it vertically to the stake. In the third growing season in the upper part of the one-year trunk two shoots are left in the alignment of the row of the vineyard, on which two short cones are created by topping over the third node in the same growing season. By the end of the third growing season on each of the cones one upper lateral shoot is left and then by bending each in the form of an arc and guiding the bending in a direction opposite their deviation from the trunk along the row line, and securing each at the base to the bending and in the upper part to the stake, the permanent heart-shaped form is created from them. In the fourth growing season the shoots developed from overwintering buds with harvest hang freely down. Every year in autumn after harvesting the short pruning of shoots is carried out, leaving on the cones 2-3 bud knots, the optimal load on the vines is regulated when trimming and breaking off the shoots.
EFFECT: method enables to improve the productivity of vineyards, to reduce labour intensity of cultivation of grapes and to provide the convenience of trimming the vines.
