FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to therapy, and can be used for user's weight control. That is ensured by a method, a machine-readable data carrier; a device and a system comprising this device. The device comprises a user's physiological parameters readout unit, sensors, a weight control modelling and target weight and time prediction unit. The device also comprises a model use and weight control plan development unit, a weight control plane using and user instruction unit, an pre-determined improvement control and check unit. The declared system, device and machine-readable carrier are used to control user's weight by reading out the user's physiological parameters and producing an energy consumed per a day. The user's weight control is modelled by the readout physiological parameters. That is followed by predicting the target weight to be achieved, as well as the target time required to achieve the predicted target weight on the basis of the obtained consumed energy in a combination with the user's current weight. A weight control plan is developed to be followed by the user for a pre-set period of time. Taking into account the developed plan, the user is instructed on the basis of the day time intervals allowed for food ingestion for the pre-set period of time. The above time intervals have wide intervals in the beginning of the weight control plan to be reduced in the course of time until the predicted target weight is achieved. It is controlled and checked whether the user's weight differs from a weight, which can be achieved on the grounds that the user is currently within the target time. If the user's weight differs from that to be achieved, the previous stages are repeated.
EFFECT: inventions enable the user reducing and maintaining the achieved weight successfully, causing no discomfort by the gradual decrease of food ingestion times and light meals with the course of time that in turn corrects the user's eating habits gradually.
