FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining hydrogenated 1,2-polybutadienes consists in interaction of polymer with hydrogenising agent. Method is characterised by the fact that before the hydrogenation stage aluminisation of 1,2-polybutadiene is carried out, where as aluminising agent used is mixture of triethylaluminium, in presence of Cp2ZrCl2 with molar ratio of 1,2-polybutadiene:triethylaluminium= 1:0.2-4, 1,2-polybutadiene:Cp2ZrCl2=1:0.01-0.02, aluminisation is carried out at temperature 10-55°C for 12-26 h, after which performed is hydrogenation of aluminium derivative of 1,2-polybutadiene under action of hydrogenising agent, with 5% hydrogen chloride solution being used as hydrogenising agent; hydrogenation is carried out at room temperature in absence of catalyst for 2 hours.
EFFECT: improved quality of target product, elimination of inflammable and explosive substances from the process of obtaining hydrogenised 1,2-polybutadiene.
