FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental aerodynamics, particularly, to determination of aircraft model aerodynamic characteristics and can be used in wind tunnels at determination of flow parameters at ducts of the model simulating the power plant channels. In compliance with this method, model with ducts simulating power plant channels is arranged in wind tunnel with fittings of full and static pressure receivers. Measured pressure is sent to pressure converters with their electric outputs connected to instrumentation. Note here that pressure receivers are connected line-on-line to pressure transducers arranged at one chassis with electronic switchboard at model tail section. Transducer electric outputs are connected to electronic switchboard. Electric signal thereof is transmitted to instrumentation via cable arranged inside model holder (without detachment of holder cowl) to measure pressure in one run with weight measurements of aerodynamic forced and moments acting at this model.
EFFECT: higher precision of measurements, decreased scope of tests and expanded applications.
