FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and is intended for measuring pressure on a parachute canopy (on outer and inner surfaces) in a wind tunnel. Device for measuring pressure distribution on a parachute canopy comprises a parachute attachment stand, an information-measuring system, pressure receivers mounted on the canopy and connected by a pneumatic line of the measured pressure with electronic pressure switches installed in the dome, which are connected through the reference pressure pneumatic line to the reference pressure manifold, also installed in the dome, and comprises an electrostatic charge discharge system, a reference pressure setting device and a counterweight.
EFFECT: device for measuring pressure distribution on a canopy of a parachute in a wind tunnel extends the functionality of the aerometric experiment, increases the accuracy of determining characteristics.
