SUBSTANCE: hierarchical three-tier control system for high-voltage battery of electric energy accumulators is referred to the field of electric engineering and be used for development of batteries of electric energy accumulators of different origin in autonomous power supply systems, including systems at vehicles, uninterrupted power supply systems, in systems of automatic direct current and network accumulators of electric energy. Concept of the invention lies in the fact that in the system comprising battery-supplied microcontroller-based control units for accumulators, modules of accumulators and the whole battery, which are interconnected by in series channels with galvanic decouplers, there is a backup channel for emergency response on the basis of in series galvanic decouplers with open collector connected at the tier of the battery control to the battery switch directly and at the tier of accumulators control to comparators of the upper and lower voltage levels of accumulators through OR logic gate.

EFFECT: provision of emergency automatic cut-off of the battery from the charger or load at pre-emergency status of the battery accumulators bypassing the system microcontroller.
