FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes electrolysis with anodic dissolution of copper alloy base and silver transfer to slime. Before electrolysis, the electrolyte is degassed. Source alloy is put into a cartridge. During electrolysis, cartridge with source silver-containing copper alloy is subjected regularly to ultrasound with energy density exceeding cavitation limit in the electrolyte, resulting in purification of silver-containing alloy granule surface.
EFFECT: reduced specific electric power consumption, increased silver content in slime.
