FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and describes a method for the bile preparation for diagnosis of opisthorchiasis invasion. The method involves bile taking, centrifugation at 1,500-2,000 rpm for at least 20 min, removal of bile supernatant, bile extraction in diethyl ester, application of the precipitate on a slide and microscopic examination. Increasing a diagnostic accuracy is ensured by centrifuging initial bile; the prepared concentrated bile precipitate is extracted with ester 2ml in the presence of 3% acetic acid to 8ml, centrifuging for 2 min; the supernatant is removed that is followed by the microscopic examination of the purified concentrated precipitate 200mcl. The invention enables producing the more transparent precipitate concentrated to low amounts, without trematode cell losses that provides high-quality diagnosis of opisthorchid flukes from the bile. A probability of the false-negative reaction in the presence of cells in the sample is almost absent.

EFFECT: method is less labour-consuming, ie enables reducing the time of the microscopic examination in 3 times with increasing the diagnostic results of opisthorchiasis in 3 times, especially in the low cell content in the bile.
