SUBSTANCE: presence or absence of opisthorchiasis is stated; and polymorphous versions of genes and a possibility of referring an individual to a group with a low or high risk of bronchial asthma are found. If observing one of any risk combinations in accordance with the SOCS5-IFNG-opisthorchiasis model in the patient, the high risk of bronchial asthma is diagnosed. If observing one of any protective combinations in accordance with the IL4-TBX21-SOCS5 model in the patient, the low risk of bronchial asthma is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides diagnosing the high and low risk of bronchial asthma taking into account the opisthorchiasis invasion.
