SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at diagnosing human protozoa and helminthiases. Diagnostic system includes: collection of faeces into a preservative of Turdyev; wet smear method from a preserving agent; method of Kato-Miura from a preserving agent; combined helminthoovoscopic method using a three-component flotation system comprising saturated aqueous solutions of zinc chloride, ZnCl2, ρ = 1.82, sodium chloride, NaCl, ρ = 1.12, and glycerine (weight fraction) in ratio of 1:1:1 to volume; method of flotation using saturated aqueous solution of zinc chloride (ZnCl2, ρ = 1.82) with suspected trematode infection.

EFFECT: method provides higher diagnostic efficiency.
