FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, to confectionery products manufacture. The confectionary mixture for manufacture of confectionary goods with a spherical body contains starch, sugar powder, confectionary fat, dry milk, oatmeal and cocoa powder; additionally, the mixture includes extrusion maize starch in an amount of 5-8.5 wt %.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at enhancement of the quality of the ready spherical bodies moulding by way of increasing the internal forces of the mixture components bonding to each other due to introduction of a new component binding excessive moisture and promoting the mixture compaction in the process of moulding and formation of stronger bodies of the goods.
