FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used as the composition of a mixture for filling preparation during co-extruded products manufacture. The composition of the mixture for extruded products filling contains starch, sugar powder, dry milk, confectionery fat, vegetable oil, phosphatide concentrate and citric acid. Extrusion maize starch in an amount of 5-9 wt % and cocoa powder in an amount of 1-3 wt % are additionally introduced into the mixture composition.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at extruded ready products moulding quality enhancement by way of increase of the filling flowability and the extruder moulding device performance due to exclusion of the operation of impurity removal from the filling feeding through channel.
