SUBSTANCE: handle of a leash device with a fixed handle part comprises an adjustable length limiter of the handle for different widths of the palm. The handle part is connected integrally to the handle bracket. The handle bracket and the handle part form the hole of the handle for partial input of fingers. The length limiter of the handle is located inside the hole of the handle. The handle is built into the housing of the leash device for winding and coiling the leash.
EFFECT: increased reliability of holding of the handle part in hand.
