FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery, traumatology and orthopedics, anaesthesiology and resuscitation, and aims at emergency medical care for the wounded and injured in various conditions. Device for insertion of intraosseous needles comprises a hollow cylinder body, a stem, a section of a support handle, a drive section for movement of the rod, an elastic link and a holder for an intraosseous needle. Stem is made with cylindrical front and rear end sections and section with spiral groove between them and is arranged in housing. Section of the support handle is installed on the rear end section of the rod with possibility of rotation relative to the stock. Drive section for movement of the rod is installed on the above housing with possibility of reciprocating movement relative to the mentioned housing and interaction with the spiral groove of the stock. Elastic link covers the rod and interacts with its ends with section of support handle and drive section. Needle holder of intraosseous approach is located on rear end section of stock. Section of the support handle is made by double-arms, which is formed by a handle part with a support surface for the palm surface of the hand and a protrusion with an axial hole for installation of the section of the support handle on the stock. Drive section includes bushing part enclosing said housing, drive handle rigidly connected with bushing part, and link for transfer of movement to rod, arranged in bushing part and interacting with spiral groove of rod. Said drive handle is made of double-arms and each of which is located opposite to corresponding arms of handle part.
EFFECT: reliable insertion of an intraosseous needle with one hand by removing from the operator the need for accurate control of pressure on the intraosseous needle insertion device, facilitating positioning of the needle at the insertion point and holding the operating position of the device when the needle is inserted along the drilling axis.
