SUBSTANCE: stick (1) with a handle (3), designed for connection with a rod (2) of the stick to form the stick (1), which is used in forward motion on a surface. The stick comprises an extended rod (2) of the stick and a handle (3). After connection with the rod (2) of the stick, the handle (3) is arranged as inclined relative to the rod (2) of the stick so that the stick (1) user grips the stick (1), or rather the handle (3) at the angle downwards. At the same time the handle (3) is arranged relative to the rod (2) of the stick so that the central point (A) on a hand, which holds the handle (3), lies mostly on the axis (B), which matches the direction of the stick movement.
EFFECT: making it possible to more efficiently use the muscle force of a hand in process of a forward motion on the surface.
