FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains a screw drum, device for loading of forage components and device for receptions of ready forages, it has built-in loading and unloading-and-separating device. The devices are designed as bushings, from outer side of which the flange disks with holes are provisioned for their rigid fixing to flange disks mounted and rigidly attached from two sides of the screw drum on its end holes. To the internal surface of bushings at an angle equal to the angle of inclination of helical lines of the main direction of the screw drum to the axis of its rotation and to longitudinal generatrixes of bushings, the curvilinear screw inserts designed as curvilinear plates are attached. In the unloading and separating device the screw inserts are designed punched and protruding above the bushing limits. Inside the drum along the its whole length the integral extension spring is mounted. The drum is manufactured from separate guiding elements of polygonal circular lines of the main direction and two polygonal circular lines of opposite direction. The drum can also be designed from three strips bent alternately in the opposite sides at an angle 140 degrees along incisions, made at an angle 60 degrees to each other and to longitudinal edge of strips with formation of equilateral triangles.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow for the improvement of forages preparation quality.
