SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame and a drum mounted on it with the ability of rotation. The drum is mounted of sections, made of eight, ten, twelve, and so on even number of equilateral triangles connected to each other by lateral sides. The sections are connected to each other by the triangle free third sides to form a screw drum on the perimeter of which four, five, six and more broken right and left helical lines are located directed towards each other and inner four, five, six or more helical grooves directed towards each other with the same pitch. Along the entire length of the drum a coil spring is mounted, having the plane section of turns, which is provided with a device for changing the pitch of turns. The drum is mounted on the frame suspended by the rubber-cord pneumocylinders to the frame.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of the product obtained.
