FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to technology of surface cleaning and to composition of components. Method of cleaning solid surfaces from soiling consists in pumping liquid under pressure through nozzle, and as liquid used is water with physically and chemically modified properties, provided by addition into it of high-molecular weight linear polymer, represented by polyoxyethylene with molecular weight 105-107. In accordance with invention additional modification of liquid is performed by addition into it of submicron particles of bentonite clay with concentration 0.6-1.0 wt % and soda ash with concentration 0.5-1.0 wt %, with application of polyoxyethylene with concentration 0.001-0.005 wt %. Detergent composition, intended for application in method, based on physically and chemically modified liquid by addition in it of high-molecular weight polymer, in accordance with invention contains polyoxyethylene with molecular weight 105-107, submicron particles of modified bentonite clay and soda ash with the following component ratio, wt %: polyoxyethylene 0.001-0.005; submicron particles of modified bentonite clay 0.6-1.0; soda ash 0.5-1.0; water - the remaining part. Components of composition belong to low-hazard and non-toxic substances.

EFFECT: claimed cleaning method provides quality cleaning of solid surfaces from soiling without damaging the surface.
