FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a corrective insole, which contains therapeutic additives and a silicone carrier with ventilation passages; the carrier is provided with silicone elements for heel bone and forefoot relief; the elements are more elastic than the carrier; the therapeutic additives can be released when pressing silicone and introduced into the carrier and/or elements for relief; the ventilation passages are presented in the form of through holes created at the segment of the carrier between the toe and element for forefoot relief with a total cross-sectional area of 1/16 to 1/2 of the area of this segment; the periphery of each element for relief comprises at least one line of additional ventilation passages in the form of through holes.
EFFECT: providing ventilation combined with the release of the therapeutic agents.
