FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing flexible correcting inserts with self-sticking plates attached to stocking or sock surface in pain points zones before putting-on shoes. The stocking or sock is carefully selected to maximum exactly match foot size. The flexible correcting inserts are applicable both from outside or inside of the stocking. The inserts are optionally impregnated with medicaments or deodorant substances. Curative electric or thermal or magnetic elements are optionally preliminarily built-in into the inserts. The flexible correcting inserts are also producible as periodically spaced micro-processes and micro- recesses for massaging skin. The flexible correcting inserts are also set on lateral surface of anterior foot part or on lateral surface and/or toe ends or in the talocrural articulation rise zone or on lateral surface and/or end face of calcanean part of foot. The inserts are manufacturable from foam rubber, foam styrene or foam urethane. Stickers are used as self-sticking plates. The inserts are removable and of various functional purposes and sizes.
