FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement and educational engineering and may be used to study phenomena of electromagnetism. Along the perimeter of a dielectric disc there are metal balls pressed in, the diameter of which is equal to thickness of the disc. The disc is located on an insulated base. The metal probe is placed on an insulated tripod with the possibility of contact with each ball during rotation of the disc is made in the form of a sharpened needle and is connected via a volt meter and a rheostat with a source of power supply.
EFFECT: provision of the possibility to create a distributed charge with a controlled charge value.
